Promotion Weight
In the army on profile will I be flagged for weight and stop my promotion?
I had knee surgery and have been on profile for several months.Now I am up for promotion but they said that if I fail weight I can’t be promoted to PFC.But this is an automatic promotion.
Can they flag you for that? Yes.
Should they? Depends on your performance and effort.
Is it fair? Not usually.
If they do, you won’t be in a promotable status, and you won’t get PFC, until they lift the flag.
