will my belly fat go away once i get my period?
I’m 16 and I have yet to get my period! I have belly fat that is located right around my belly button. I have dieted and exercised. The fat is very stubborn and wont seem to go away! My mom claimed that it is left over baby fat and it will go away once my period comes. Is that true?
Honestly, mine got worse.
But I got my period at 13, so that could be why.
Try a mix of cardio & ab workouts to melt it off
