Get rid of fat from the thigh and calf?

its really emabarrasing when i run when i have shorts on because you can see all of the fat moving eww =P
and i feel that my calfs are big too.How do i get rid of all that fat?

You would also lose weight quicker by adding strength training 2-3 days per week. Of course, you also should eat a healthy well balanced and drink plenty of water.
